Casa Bina sleeps up to 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.

We welcome a minimum of two people and a maximum of six people with two double beds in two bedrooms and two single beds in the third bedroom. We only take bookings for a minimum of seven nights with a maximum of six guests.
Please ensure the booking numbers are accurate as rooms that are not going to be used are locked and unavailable to use.
Please note this is a strictly non-smoking house and is not suitable for people with mobility issues
A Car is highly recommended however taxis are readily available and reasonably priced.

Frequently asked Questions about booking
Are bed linen and towels included?
All linen and towels are included. The house will be fully prepared for your arrival. The beds will be changed each weekend if you stay for longer than a week at an additional cost should you require we can also arrange for a mid break clean if you require.
Are there any extra charges?
None at all.
What is your booking policy?
We agree the rental of the house for the dates you need by email and request a 50% deposit as confirmation of your booking. A £250.00 refundable breakages deposit will be required. Once we receive the deposit the apartment is not advertised further for the dates we have agreed with you. We send a receipt for the deposit by e-mail along with a date for final payment, which is 6 weeks before the rental date. We also send an information form for you to fill in showing the names of guests and the numbers of couples/singles. We then pass on your estimated time of arrival to the house manager.
After full payment we send a further receipt and directions with a local map and contact details for the house manager who once you call her leaving the Airport she will meet you at the house to hand over keys and answer any questions you may have.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request that you pay a non-returnable deposit of 50% to reserve the property for your holiday. We ask you to pay the final instalment 6 weeks before you travel and at this stage this payment too is non-returnable unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Holiday insurance is generally available to cover cancellation and other holiday risks.
Can extra people be accommodated in the house?
We are afraid that the house cannot be re-arranged, so the maximum number of people is 6.
We request that you provide us with the names of all the people in your party and numbers of couples and singles so that the right numbers of rooms are prepared for you. We are unable to accept additional guests other than the names we have on file, and the house manager will not admit a party with extra guests.
